All orders from Classic Man LLC ship for free within the United States.

Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

Delivery Process
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the delivery path is clear and accessible. Additional arrangements may be required if special placement or offloading is necessary.

Returns

30-Day Return Policy
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA)
    Contact us at help@classicmanllc.shop or call (804) 693-3614 within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with an RA number for reference.

  2. Prepare the Item
    Securely package the item in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during shipping.

  3. Return Shipping

Refunds
